Monthly Specials

This month’s seasonal soup: Market Vegetable: A medley of fresh vegetables – carrot, celery, onion, spinach, potato, zucchini and tomato braised in a garlic and herb scented vegetable broth with baby lima, garbanzo and green beans.

House soup: Black Bean – Vegan, gluten free, high in protein and fiber. Optional toppings:  red onion, sour cream (non-vegan) and cheddar cheese (non-vegan).

This season’s salad:  Kale, roasted butternut squash, red apple, sunflower seeds and goat cheese tossed in our apple cinnamon vinaigrette.

This season’s sandwich: Toasted pumpernickel Rye, arugula, herb rubbed organic tempeh, roasted mushrooms, provolone cheese and cranberry chutney.

This month’s featured latte:  Pumpkin Spice:   Jittery Joe’s espresso steamed with your choice of milk and blended with Monin pumpkin spice and Caramel syrups. This can be served hot or over ice, caffeinated or decaffeinated. 

This month’s waffle: Our made to order Belgian waffle mix blended with real pumpkin and fall spices. Topped with whipped cream and served with 100% maple syrup on the side.

This month’s featured ice cream:  Made locally!  Butter Pecan and vanilla. Serving coffee until it sells out!

Looking for another way to keep your sweet tooth at bay? Try delicious treats in our bakery case made in-house and by local vendors such as banana bread, pumpkin bread (seasonal), croissants, cookies, brownies and raspberry bars! Also serving Vegan & Gluten free cookies!

WRAP ANY SALAD – Wrap any of our whole salads in a whole wheat wrap for no additional charge.

ALP D’HUEZ SALAD
Fresh greens, vine ripe tomatoes, red onions, sprouts, carrots, cucumbers, croutons and topped off with feta cheese, just like the snow-capped Alps. Balsamic dressing served on the side.

GREEK SALAD
Romaine, Greek olives, vine ripe tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, pepperoncini peppers and feta cheese. Greek dressing served on the side. (May contain pits.)

THE HIGH WHEELER
Fresh kale massaged with our homemade sundried tomato and tahini dressing then topped with quinoa, walnuts and dried cranberries.

CIPOLLINI CAESAR SALAD
Your choice of either romaine or kale, tossed with our homemade Caesar dressing and croutons, topped with Asiago cheese.

SOUTHWEST SALAD
Romaine, vine ripe tomatoes, red onions, cheddar cheese, sour cream, roasted corn and black bean salsa, guacamole  and tortilla chips. Cilantro lime dressing served on the side. Optional add our fajita seasoned vegan chicken strips.

CHEF SALAD
Romaine, vine ripe tomatoes, red onions, carrots, cucumber, cheddar cheese, hard boiled eggs, croutons, turkey and ham. Dressing of your choice served on the side.

CAPRESE SALAD
Roma tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on fresh greens drizzled with our homemade balsamic vinaigrette (Not available as part of a combo).

Vegan chicken strips marinated in homemade soy infusion, cucumber, cilantro, pickled carrots, daikon and jalapenos on a lightly toasted hoagie roll.

VEGETARIAN BUFFALO CHICKEN HOAGIE
Vegan chick’un tenders tossed in buffalo sauce and topped with chopped romaine lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes and drizzled with blue cheese dressing on a lightly toasted hoagie roll.

EL PURITO BURRITO
Our cilantro-lime rice, red onions, vine ripe tomatoes, black bean and roasted corn salsa and cheddar cheese in a whole wheat tortilla. Add our fajita seasoned vegan chicken strips for an extra charge.

NIBALI
Your choice of homemade eggplant or beef meatballs, marinara sauce, fresh basil, and melted provolone cheese on a toasty hoagie roll.

THE MESSENGER
Sliced red apple, swiss cheese, red onion and a light drizzle of honey mustard on wheat bread then hot pressed. Choose turkey, ham or vegan sliced meat.

CAPRESE PANINI
Fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and our home made balsamic dressing on locally sourced ciabatta bread hot pressed.

TOUR OF CALIFORNIA
Sliced turkey, romaine lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, sprouts, guacamole, homemade hummus and provolone cheese. Topped with a dash of salt & pepper and oil & vinegar and served on multi-grain bread. Make it vegetarian by subbing vegan sliced meat.

THE CLUB SUB
Bacon, turkey, lettuce, tomato, red onion and our sub sauce on a toasted hoagie roll. Make it vegetarian by subbing veggie bacon and vegan sliced meat.

ITALIAN SAUSAGE HOAGIE
Mild Italian sausage, sautéed peppers and onions and spicy brown mustard on a toasted hoagie roll.

THE IVAN
Ham, turkey, yellow mustard, sliced dill pickles and provolone cheese, wrapped and hot pressed. Make it vegetarian by subbing vegan sliced meat for the ham and turkey.

CHICKEN CHÈVRE
Grilled chicken with herbed goat cheese, spinach, vine ripe tomato and red onion hot pressed on locally sourced ciabatta bread.

BETTINI PANINI
Fresh mozzarella cheese, salami, pepperoni, ham and pesto on locally sourced ciabatta bread.

THE YELLOW JERSEY
Turkey and ham piled high on a double deck of multigrain bread and topped with romaine lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, red onion, sprouts, cheddar cheese, yellow mustard and lite mayonnaise.
