Monday Running Group
Come run, walk or run/walk with us every Monday at 6:30 PM. This week we’ll run a timed out and back course. 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back. We’ll all start together and finish together! We have a well lit route for the the time change. We also have Coach Seth from Black Matter Training LLC to guide us through some warm-up and form tips. Tuesday & Thursday morning Training Rides
Running out of time in your day to ride or catch a workout? We can solve that! Join us every Tuesday morning and Thursday morning at 6:05 AM when we ride from the Cafe. The group rolls out to Eagle Circle (in the Deer Run subdivision in Casselberry) for 4 laps around the golf course loop and then back to the Cafe. Round trip the ride is just over 30 miles and we get back before 8:00 AM. No more excuses! (see Ride Disclaimer below)
Sunday Bicycle Ride
Join us for our Sunday Ride! Pace varies depending on the riders who come out, typically an 18-22 mph steady pace ride that leaves the cafe at 7:30 AM. Minimum miles: 45, with a SAG stop along the way. (see Ride Disclaimer below)

Organizers, proponents and participants of the Group Rides/Runs originating at Bikes Beans & Bordeaux Neighborhood Cafe (B3Cafe) claim no responsibility for the actions of individuals participating in the ride/run, nor of individuals on foot or in motorized vehicles. Participants are responsible for their own safety and behavior in relation to other participants, drivers of vehicles, and the law.
The Group does not condone violence, vandalism, wanton disregard for public safety, disruption of public transit or emergency vehicles, or any violations of state or local laws.
The Group claims no responsibility for the safety of bicyclists/runners who participate in rides/runs. Please check current road conditions prior to venturing on any ride/run routes.
No permit, license or insurance are provided for any ride/run, all rides/runs are at your own risk.
